Conversant with CODES and Standards like – ASME B31.3, ASME Sec IX,
ASME Sec V, API.
2. Involved in preparation and implementation of ITP, Procedures, Method
Statement, WPS and PQR and WPQ.
3. Witness and Approval of Mechanical Tests like – Tensile test, Bent test,
Impact test and Macro Examination.
4. Witness/ Review of Non Destructive Exams like – Visual, RT, UT, MPI and DPT.
5. Monitor/ Review /Witness of
6. activitieslike Pre heat, PWHT, Hardness and PMI.
7. Review and Approval of Pressure Test Packages
8. Witness and Approval of tests like – Hydro test and Pneumatic test.
9. Exposed and worked with different types of materialslike – Carbon steel, LTCS,
Alloy steel and Stainlesssteel.
10.Inspection of incoming materialsto ware house and review of
test certificates.
