 Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.

Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.

Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside with the engineering team.

 Ensuring final designs are compliant with the building regulations.

Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the team.

 Ensure that all work is carried out per the contract & client specifications.

Create, edit and design HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Civil & Structure, etc.., to meet specifications utilizing CAD.

Ongoing drawing focused collaboration with project managers and design consultants.

 Management and organization of all emergent CAD drawings.

 

  Printing of CAD drawings in various formats and packages and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner.

 Preparation of shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Civil & Structure, etc.

 Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits.

 Seamlessly integrating and working with Project Managers, Design Consultants, and Sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.

 Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.

 Systematically saving sketches and drawings on our CAD server, keeping the server organized, updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made.

 

 Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, sub-contractors, or project managers, etc.
