Project: Engineering, Procurement, Pre-Fabrication, Erection, Testing, calibration, Painting of 14 nos. low pressure storage tanks (API 620) of various sizes for Qatar Energy- DPFU Project. Scope includes, Sizing of the tanks, Basic and details Design of Equipment; Materials procurement (NACE/ Sour Service EN10204-Type 3.2 certifications) including Steel plates, internals Piping (Super Duplex Stainless Steel), CS Piping materials, accessories procurement & securing materials approvals, hydraulic Jet Mixers system (CFD), PVRV sizing, Provisions for Internal & External Cathodic Protection System, Provisions for earthing connections, Still well designs, accessories such as Stair, ladders, operating platforms            - Hydro static, pressure & Vacuum Testing’s of equipment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

1. Responsible for Review & validation of all engineering inputs such as data sheets (process & Mechanical), NODs, Project Specifications,

No Load & Load Testing of equipment, plant Piping (GRP 18000 Inch Dia., Stainless Steel pipes 14000 Inch Dia. & PVC 8000 LM) Erection, testing, reinstatement, box ups, , PSSR, Pre- commissioning & commissioning assistance for Doha West Sewage Treatment Project Extension -5.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

1.     Lead the project & Construction team (consisted around 320 nos. of manpower at peak) for the assigned project;

2.     Being focal point & be the accountable for all works being performed at site.

EPC of KAFZA-II Fuel Storage Terminal (30000 Cu. M) at Basra Khor Al Zubair, Free Zone, Iraq for M/s. SKA Energy Holding Company. Project Consist of Storage Tanks and Fire Water facility, Plant piping, Gasoline Loading Pump station, Fire Water Pumps, MCC Building construction, Pump Foundations, Pump Sheds and Approx. 1100 Cu. M of concreting works, line Pipe works from Jetty to Terminal. Tie ins with existing Manifolds in Jetty.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

1. Conducting the Project Kick off Meeting with client as well Internal Dept. to discuss the salient points, Scope of the Work & Critical task in executing the Project
2. Preparation, Review & Monitoring of Overall Project Macro (Level3) Schedule

Roles & Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

1. Assisting Project Manager in all respects of the project
2. Co-ordination with discipline Engineers for the Engineering work pertaining all discipline designs including Mound and all civil works, bullets, process & utility Piping, Fire detection and firefighting system
3. Follow up in preparation, review and submission of plot plan, PFD, PMS, P&ID, ISOs, Data sheets, PRs & MRs and securing approvals from PMC.
4. Organizing & Participating in HAZOP Review
5.
