Description
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Proper accountability on cash handling. Payments follow up and ensure the customers are within the approved credit limits. Ensure the proper follow up company’s policies in regards to documentation related to finance, logistics, HR & Admin. Ensure timely delivery of supply to the customers. Follow strict measures to reduce variance stock. To track and maintain minimum stock levels of all fast moving items. Co-ordination with HO logistics for timely shipments. Contribute team effort by accomplishing related result as needed. Up to date maintenance of all staff files and other company related commercial documents (Govt Docs/Tenancy contracts/insurance fire vehicle. Timely follow up and completion of HR and Admin duties delegated time to time.
