As you will see when going over my CV, I graduated with a B.Tech Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the International Collage of Business & Technology Sri Lanka and Quantity Surveying at Professional Accounting Campus Lanka (PVT) LTD of Sri Lanka. I have more than 5 years (one year in Qatar) of working experience in massive construction projects.

 

My extensive engineering background and experience have provided me with the opportunity to develop strong client relationship-building skills and the ability to successfully lead teams. I have an eminent background in the principles of Quantity Surveying which covers pre-contract as well as post-contract duties such as Reviewing and Examine Tender Documents, Identifying the discrepancies in tender documents, taking off measurements, request for quotations, evaluating the quotations, Preparing units rates for BOQ Items, preparing monthly invoices, certifying sub contractor’s payments as per subcontract agreement, Preparing 2DPlans, Elevations, Sections, and Detailed Drawings, Preparing Shop Drawings and Detailed Drawings, etc.
