WHY ONLY 3 RELATIONSHIP ONLY SHOWING FOR FAMILY VISIT (WIFE,DAUGHTER AND SON)?

I'm currently at FOREMAN visa category but I have passed Mechanical Engineer Examination. When I tried to apply family visit for my mother but in the relationship only three category available? What is the reason ? Do I need to change my VISA CATEGORY (From Foreman TO Engineer)?

Changing visa category will help to get Family RP approval. In addition, check below salary requirements for family visit visa.

Family visit visa Salary requirement

1. For Spouse and children - 5000

2. Other relatives - 10000

Maximum age limit for parents is 60 years.
