I have 3.5 years of experience in facilities Management and Maintenance management etc. Handling building maintenance of various project. managing MEP System Installation and Trouble shooting. And leading the technical team. Schedule carry out and ensure planned preventive maintenance(PPM)is completed all Relevant equipment daily.weekly,Monthly,and as planned.perfoming Installation, Repair and Maintenance of various HVAC Equipment such as compressor , Condenser fan motor ,Blower Motor and expansion valves etc. Trouble shooting on different types of HVAC Control Panels and pumps control. Troubleshooting on Different types of HVAC Equipment’s such as AIR COOL CHILLER, Water COOL CHILLER VAV, VRV, PACKAGE
AC,SPLIT AC, WINDOW AC , CASSET AC ,AHU,
FCU,DEHUMIDIFIRE SYSTEM,Exhust fan, CHILLER
PUMP MOTOR,LIFFTING PUMP, BOOSTER
PUMP, IRRIGETION PUMP, Water Cooler, Water Heater, .Manage and supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optional use of Manpower and resources .Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specific service level agreement .Direct Co-ordination with specialist subcontractor to ensure the Delivery of agreed servies.opration and maintenance of SMDB,MCB. Overall Supervision of soft and Hospitality .Conducting toolbox talk .Snagging of any damages which is covered under construction warranty. Preparation and Submission of Different Report to Client such as

Monthly, Weekly, Incident etc.
