After 14 years of Human relations experience , then a Cabin Crew exam passed in 2018, a Flight Attend Business Class first employment in 2019,

I moved to Manchester during 6 months in 2020-2021 to study professional English at EF international school completed by a hands-on experience as a customer service representative to enhance my English skills.
