With over ten years of experience working in professional kitchens, I am adept at all aspects of food preparation and cooking dishes and my specialization is in Indian Cuisine, Conti, Chinese I prepare include gourmet Salads, Steaks, Indian Curries, Fish, Lamb, Noodles, Grilling, Roasting and Stir-Fries. I hold certificates in Culinary Skills and Basic Food Hygiene pride me on maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene.
