4 plus years worked for consulting and contracting companies. The experience covers pre-contract and post – contract works with exposure to local l contract and standards, Project experience ranges from Residential,, Hospital and Commercial to industrial Buildings. Has good knowledge of various forms of contracts including FIDIC, SMM7, CSMM3 has a good analytical, Communication and negotiation skill.
