Advice Required Regarding Rental/ Tendancy agreement
Hai,
Last week we find an apartment room via agent and he was the one who gave the room and kharamma details to the company which was wrong room details.
Without knowing these, 2 Days before i signed an rental agreement which was in arabic. Today we got confirmation from kharamma and we noticed that the number was wrong. When we enquired about this in the company we got to know the whole story. Is there any way that i can change the details and resubmit it.
Kindly give legal advice, if any one knew.

They need to put correct room number and kharamma number in agreement nothing else will change...
But they are refusing to do so. They are saying now we cannot do it. They are saying to move in to a room that we never saw. Can you believe it. Still we tried to check the room mentioned on present agreement... And that room was not acceptable at all.
Yes, ask them to put the correct the room number and the kahranama number and put the stamp on the corrected part in the contract. That should solve the matter.

Don't, don't and don't go into any legal steps. The first thing you should do is to talk to the agent and inform him about the mistake. Ask him to have the correction made with the Kahrama. Possibly, it could be a mistake done inadvertently. Should they not be willing to get the changes made, then send them a letter in Arabic through your personal email and wait for their action.
