Getting children visa in Qatar when wife visa is active
By chandrasekar_76 •
I have a family visa for my wife as well as children. Plan to shift family to India due to children higher education. But its risky to get family visa with my present salary in future. So plan to keep my wife visa active and let children visa expire. Need advise whether children visa is easy to get when wife visa is active? or its difficult, same as for Wife visa. Anybody who have this experience can give your advise please.
Thank you very much for your valuable suggestion @goodlittleboy. Yes, I am planning to execute the same thing as advised by you on my wife case, keeping her RP renewed for 3 years and bring Qatar once in a year by paying 500 QR as fine. As per your advise, I can understand that you suggest to let the children visa expire and bring them in visiting visa as they are going for higher education, where there is less possibility to again continuing their education in Qatar.
I have two children and one children is in lower class (4th now). I have a plan to bring him back to Qatar, for his 7th class here incase I do not get job in India, within this three years. If I let the visa of my younger son expire, I need to know whether its easy to get his visa in future when my Wife visa is active. I need to know whether the formality to get children visa alone is easy or difficult, keeping wife visa active. If anybody experienced this, kindly advise.
Suggest, you allow the entire family to shift to your home country but let your wife return just before the expiry of her visa which I believe is valid for 6 months from the date of her exit but with the RP remaining valid. You can get your children here on visit visa during their vacation time.
You will need to just plan things out according to your requirements and to suit your needs.
