• Building Maintenance system
• Chiller lighting control system 
• Compressors 
• Piping network of underground and above ground 
• Filter stainer / water features 
• Cooling towers 
• Fire Alarm system 
• Diesel generators
• Inspect buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Managed the electrical heating and cooling systems
•  Managing technical operations on regular basis
•  Supervising the work to make sure work is on track
•  Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
• Identify need for and develop preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems and equipment
• Assign the jobs for the other related engineering departments for maintaining the building
• Prepare purchase requisitions for management approval
•  Project management responsibilities include cost, schedule, and quality control
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals to prevent future breakdowns
