Scope of Work:
1. Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the warehouse to the correct points.
2.Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
3.Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoice are filed and stored properly.
4.Monitor minimum safety levels for all the item to ensure proper inventory received.
5.Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchage ,delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
6.Ensure the quantity requested and quantity issued always matches.
7.Speak with others using clear and professional language
8.Monthly inventory to match system quantity.
9. Work closely with company accountant to issue LPO ,order and receive item.
10. Ensure that all the item are stored correctly in terms of temperature ,humidity and shelf life and that no item are stored on the floor. Etc
11. Entry all the item to ERP system ASAP after confirming Delivery.
12. Posting GRN in system immediate after received the material.
13. Serve as point of contact for customers on any Logistics related issues
- Responsible for all routine vehicle maintenance of the delivery.
- Stay current with knowledge of dispatch, logistics planning, and effective supplier management. Etc. As required related to roll to excel the work and department for organizational benefits.
