Description

Ø  Review Project Specification, Drawing and Documents thoroughly.

Ø  Request Drawings and Material approval from clients.

Ø  Inspection of delivered materials at site with the project specifications.

Ø  Plan work activities to ensure smooth progress of the project.

Ø  Supervise the day to day works to ensure the work is completed as per the project schedule.

Ø  Carry out the installation inspection with the client.

Ø  Reporting the site situation to the site manager weekly.

Ø  Discuss with sub contractors personal to implement quality at the site as per the project specifications.

Ø  Co-ordinate with the other services to nullify any conflicts on the site.

Ø  Conceptualize the detailed project reports; Project execution program after thorough discussion with management, site selection, assignment evaluation in terms of outlays & profits attached.

Ø  Discuss the issues on material, access, design, drawing with Construction manager & Construction Engineers to resolve them.

Ø  Interacting continuously with quality Engineers, consultant’s inspector for approval of installed services.

Ø  Witnessing the Commissioning of  system.

Ø  Motivating and guiding the onsite team to meet the schedule with acceptable quality norms.
