• Adept in rendering technical support to end-users for Desktop computer/laptop, Printer, IP phone -Windows clients 11/10 & macOS - various Software

• Proficient in Windows server 2022/2019 etc - DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, File server, RDS, Disaster Recovery procedures

Qualifications:

• MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)

• “Level 5 - Diploma” in AQF (Australian Qualification Framework) in ACS (Australian Computer Society) examination in IT
