I wish to express my interest in the position of the assistant restaurant manager should an opportunity arise,I started my career in the the United arab emirate with a 5*star resort by the name JA The Resort and Hotels as the restaurant supervisor overlooking the operations in the all day dining restaurant and later to one of the fine dining restaurants as the outlet assistant manager after being promoted,

 

I’ve successfully done the job In the same role from training the team,handling guests queries,inventory controlling and updating,schedule updating to ensuring that the outlet runs smoothly during the operations and having to ensure that our outlet got into the top list in the trip advisor,,I have a tremendous customer care experience and I believe in myself to deliver the job,I lost my job during the outbreak of covid as the company did restructure and let go a lot of associates which I fully conquer with the management.

 

I am currently  working in Qatar with Aura Hospitality Group-at La Casa28 a French,Spanish and Italian cuisine as the assistant restaurant manager,And since I joined the restaurant,I believe in knowing what I serve to guest from the process of preparation hence I took the advantage of the lockdown to train in the kitchen for 2 months and I was able to be well versed with the menu.
