Ø  Senior Project (MEP) Manager with 25 years experience in turnkey MEP project involving environmental and construction aspects of the engineering field in Qatar,UAE,KSA &India.Core engineering competencies includes.

·         Construction Supervision, Execution, Testing & Commissioning, Electrical (MV.LV&ELV) and other Utility Systems Facilities Maintenance.

·         Designing & Estimation, HVAC, Fire Protection, Potable Water, Chiller line, Sewer & Storm drainage,    Irrigation, of Commercial & Residential Projects, Infrastructure Projects, Airport, Towers and Large Industrial projects, FIFA stadiums, Metro rail projects and Ashghal Schools, Villas & shopping Mall projects.

 

Ø  Well versed with FIDIC,NFPA, UL/FM,KAHRAMAA,DEWA,DM and MEP regulations

          Including CARRIER & ASH RAE Standards.

Ø  Manage safety, quality, and conformance to contract documents for project MEP scopes from project conception through turnover to Facility Management.

Ø  Provide constructability and value engineering reviews. Assist in development of overall project budget, forecasting and monitoring project cashflow.

Ø  Manage risk associated with MEP scopes utilizing knowledge of operational best practices and the owner's project requirements.

Ø  Manage projects execution, work inspections, testing & commissioning of systems & equipment’s.

Ø  Ensure that all Facility Maintenance activities  and tasks  are fully  coordinated,  appropriately authorized and performed in a timely and effective manner.

Ø  Proven competencies in influencing and managing stakeholders with positive results.

Ø  Proven strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, decision making and coordination skills. Rapid adaptability to new problem-solving and do so in new locations.
