I possess excellent Customer Service skills along with the ability to respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via the phone or email. As an experienced IT Support Specialist who had a good amount of experience in the past, I am more than able to be the right choice of contact for all of your user inquiries and problems.
In addition to all the above, I have vast amount of patience, superb listening skills and a professional telephone manner that allows me to communicate clearly, concisely and precisely. I can comfortably work as part of a team, multi-tasking, prioritizing and coordinating several activities at once. My key strength is being able to take control of a situation and resolve it with the minimal amount of disruption to normal business operations.
