Job Responsibilities:

 

                 Working as BMS Operator Siemens Desigo CC 4.0 and Siemens (Desigo (TM) Insight V4.1   (Johnson Control Metasys version-3.1.2.0300 and controls available at different locations of Main Fire Station, Satellite Fire Station , Radio Receiver,

 

Balloon Building, Airport surveillance radar.

 

Major Responsibilities include:

 

Ø  BMS Operation and Maintenance on Siemens System & Johnson Controls

 

Ø  Site Supervising and coordinating BMS maintenance activities

 

Ø  Control Air Conditioning equipment’s through BMS

 

Ø  Monitor temperatures in the work station and critical area like ULV rooms, Main Equipment room, Emergency Equipment room, VCR room, Approach room etc. 

 

Ø  Chiller , HVAC, AHU System, VAV System, VRV System, CRAC & FCU System controlling through BMS

 

Ø  Performed preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance.

 

Ø  Monitoring & control of all systems of field instrument & transformer, ATS, 11KVMSG switchgear, 6.6KVEMSG, 6.6KVMSG switchgear from Unified power monitoring & control systems (UPMCS).

 

Ø  Monitoring & control chiller (2000-ton X 6), primary & secondary pump, Air handling unit, cooling tower, etc.

 

Ø  Knowledge of trouble shooting calibration recorder, indicator, controller and l/P converter.

 

Ø  Good working knowledge of loop checking ON/OFF line, mounting, installation.

 

Ø  Trouble shooting of the system, Performing PM and CM activities and daily reports.

 

Ø  Performing annually maintenance of BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, and ACS

 

Ø  Fire alarm system, Fire Suppression System, Access control system (Honeywell and EST) and CCTV system and

 

 FM -200 System operation and maintenance.

 

Ø  System, Pre action system as per NFA codec also electronic security systems like CCTV, Access Control Systems.

 

Ø  Preparation of Standard Operating and Emergency Operating Procedure of Fire Alarm Systems.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ø  Testing of Fire alarm systems different devices like smoke detectors, flame detector, heat detector,

 

Ø  Gas detectors, Beam detectors by SOLO testing kits.

 

Ø  BMS, of different types of Instrument diagram, like P & ID (Piping & instrument diagram), Panel termination detail, Instrument cable routing, Instrument cable tray layout, lighting layout, I.L.D. (Instrument loop diagram), JB wiring diagram etc.

 

 

 

Computer skills:

 

 

 

ü  Installing, configuring troubleshooting and Administering Microsoft Windows 7, 10, Windows Server 2003. MS-Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, Installing, configuring antivirus manageable and unmanageable, removing Viruses, Spyware and Adware from all types of Servers Desktops and Laptops.

 

ü  Configuration of Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, and Lotus Notes 6.5, 7.0, 8.0, 8.5. IBM, DELL, HCL, Acer, HP and Compaq PC and All Assembled PC.
