Mowasalat and Qatar National Tourism Council sign MoU
Mowasalat (Karwa) and Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to train Mowasalat (Karwa's) staff in customer care, along with knowledge of the destination’s offerings.
Secretary General of Qatar National Tourism Council and Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker, and Mr. Fahad Saad Al Qahtani, Chief Executive Officer of Mowasalat (Karwa) signed a MoU on Sunday, April 4, 2021.
This cooperation between Mowasalat (Karwa) and the QNTC will open new perspectives on several levels.

Together, Mowasalat (Karwa) and QNTC will look into common matters of transport infrastructure, innovative ways to connect and engage with customers, and out-of-the-box ideas for new vehicles and features.
Mowasalat (Karwa) and QNTC have developed training sessions that will be given to over 6,000 Mowasalat (Karwa) drivers over the coming months, enabling them to act as ambassadors, providing information on Qatar’s culture and tourism highlights while offering excellent customer service.
This training and certification will enable Qatar to offer best-in-class service to visitors from their first point of contact, as well as residents on a daily basis.
