Description

Having 14 plus year of experience in areas  facilities Management and maintenance management ETC.

·        Handling Building Maintenance of various Projects.

·       Managing MEP system installation and Trouble shooting and leading the technical team.

·        Schedule, carry out and ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly and as planned.

·        Performing Installation, Repair and Maintenance of various HVAC Equipment such as Compressor, Condenser fans Motor, Blower Motor, and Expansion Valves etc.

·        Troubleshooting on different types   of HVAC Control Panels and pump controls.

·        Troubleshooting on different types of HVAC Equipment such as air cooled Chillers, Vav ,VrV ,Package AC Unit, DX-type AC Unit, Split,Ahu ,Fcu, and Window type AC,chiller pump motor, lifting pump,booster pump etc.

·       Manage and supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optional use of manpower and resources.

·       Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specific service level agreements.

·       Direct co-ordination with specialist subcontractor to ensure the delivery of agreed services.

·       Operation and maintenance of SMDB, MCC.

·       Overall Supervision of Soft and Hospitality Services.

·       Conducting Toolbox talk.

·       Snagging of any damages which is covered under construction warranty.

·       Preparation and submission of Different report to clients such as Monthly, weekly, Incident etc.
