I am professional computer programmer with great experience in ICT support.

I worked as an ICT support supervisor in a large company and had the following tasks:

-              Manage IT support Staff and Operations.

-              Create reports to show periodic work problems and their solution status.

-              Install and Maintain Computer Systems.

-              Supervising the installation and maintenance of communication networks.

-              Evaluation and upgrade of the company's system.

- Providing the backup copy and security software for the company's operating systems.

I also worked as an ICT programmer for an international oil company and worked in the support and maintenance department to receive the problems facing employees and solve them immediately and provide an integrated report.

 

I also worked in another field as a media production manager in a media production company and I was in charge of the photography and directing team and the production of advertisements and TV programs.
