You are trying to move out of Kuwait into Qatar knowing very well the situation in the airline industry due to the Covid-19. This is definitely not the proper time to make a switch of jobs especially from one country to another. You may receive offers from people who will promise you a visa for some cash. Don't fall into their trap.
