Employment Contract (lost) change of sponcership

Hi Everybody,

Old company is closed , so all CR and Computer Card is expire

now i want to join other company

old company gave me NOC and transfer letter...but

PRO is telling he need old agreement copy (Employment Contract)i cannot get is .. i think its lost or somthing

for transfer ... in new company .... . they r asking agreement copy as it require for immigration stamp

.. is there any solution for this .. what should i do now

If the Employment Contract was legalized, there should be one copy with the labour office. Possibly, the PRO can get a copy from there.
