Unknown bill from Ooredoo

Hi Guys,
I got the below message from Ooreedo this morning.
Dear Customer,Our records show that you have (QR. 540.00) outstanding under terminated services. Please settle this amount within two weeks to avoid legal proceedings under the following accounts:XXXXXXX QR. (540.00) You can pay your bill at any Ooredoo machine (SSM) or at any of our shops.

Upon calling the agent, I came to know that a data sim was issued under my QID in March 2020 although I know they require the person and his signature to issue the sim. I never got one. Did anyone else run into this problem?

Its been almost 3 months but Ooredoo has not resolved my complain, even though they acknowledged that mistake was made on their side and they will fix it. The bill is still under my name and they keep sending me messages to pay it. When I ask the agent about the bill they just tell me don't worry it will be fixed.
Updates: So after a week the issue is still unresolved but I have not heard back from them. I went to one of the shops and asked for the contract for which they are charging me. But they didn't have it or didn't show me and said the case is still being worked on.
I have raised a complaint with them - let's see .. but asking friends I have come to know that other people have had similar message received
That's strange. Go to the Oooredoo Store near Toyoyta signal, next to HS2 and they will help you.
It's something very unusual indeed. Suggest you go over to Ooredo and sort out the issue with them face to face.
