How to refund bail money online? and how to get receipt of payment given by public prosecutors office

Hi I have a case about my loan and I was in jail for a day.. To get out of jail they say I need to pay 10,000QR bail which I did, now I have settled the case and wanted to refund my bail money, how can i refund my bail money? I did it online but they are requiring a receipt that is given by public prosecutor which I dont have because we just paid it via card not by cash, I have printed statement that came from my bank, which shows the payment. Is it enough? Im trying to do it online but the site is not working when i try to submit my request. Please give me some advice on how to solve this and get my money back. Thanks a lot.

Suggest you seek the help of a lawyer. He should be able to guide you. Alternatively, pay a visit to the court and ask someone who works there. Sometimes,there are lawyers present there looking for customers.
