How to get your energy up in the day

How to get your energy up in the day

Energy is a big word in our existence. We need to connect the body and the brain, and if you grasp this intellectually and with your inner nature, you will be able to effectively self-organize a sufficient amount of energy for when you need it in your day.

Let's look into four aspects of how you can create more energy:

Self Power

Sleep

Fuel in food and

Exercise

Energy through self-empowerment

We all share the same energy field, like the information energy field (Internet), recycle or shredding system (our bodies and plants) and our nervous system, all in one single consciousness.

If you can grasp this intellectually and with your inner nature then you can decide what to do with it.

The human nervous system is an activity of the universe. Our entanglement that extends through social networks gives us the means to regulate the flow of energy in our bodies. Just check out "Kirlian" Photography.

The energy that you channel within you is claimed to be the energy of the total universe, so don't compromise yourself.

Self-power belongs to you! So here is how you shift your identity to your innermost being, the place where you are in tune and in touch with your perfection, which is independent of the good and bad opinions of the world and totally fearless.

Let's take a quick journey, close your eyes and watch your breath till it quiets down, put your awareness in your heart and ask your heart to feel peace, harmony, laughter, and love.

Now keep your awareness in your heart, ask yourself:

Who am I, What do I want for myself and for the world? What's my vision for the world? What's my role in manifesting that vision?

Now just listen... Then let go... and keep your awareness in your heart and feel it best either as a sound or sensation.

Move the sensation to your fingertips and feel the pulse in your fingertips and ask your heart to slow down.

Now move your awareness to where you need healing.

Relax in your body and slowly open your eyes. You have just grounded yourself and will experience a focused and fulfilling energy. Now listen to the song you love most. Do this grounding every day.

Brainwashing yourself for energy

Ever heard of the Glymphatic System? When you sleep your body pumps cerebral spinal fluid into our brain to wash out the toxic proteins in your brain. The powerhouses of energy in the body, the Mitochondria guides this system and are also responsible for how effectively you convert food to fuel for energy.

How to improve your brainwashing session:

*Sleep in a 20° blacked-out room.

*Have a tablespoon of honey prior to sleeping (if you are a diabetic you need to consult with your doctor) or have a tablespoon of organic almond butter.

*Stay well-hydrated

*Try to get seven minutes of sunlight on your skin.

Fuel = Energy

Waking up, drink 250ml water and apply the 30/30 rule which is : Have 30g of protein in 30 minutes of waking up (3 eggs).

Coffee time, drink a shot of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice just before you have your coffee (it extends the effect of the caffeine).

The superhuman for super energy diet is a plate of vegetables, a palm-sized grass-fed protein and healthy undamaged fat (no more than 100g daily).

It's my sugar crave time, quickly take a tablespoon of organic honey or chilled water lemon (if you are a diabetic please consult your doctors for advice).

Take your energy to the next level by adding Holy Basil and hot water into a bowl and inhale, thereafter rub some Plantain Salve cream on your smile lines.

The blockbuster energy drug called exercise

Simply by exercising for 30 minutes, elevating your heart rate and breaking a sweat you can lift your mood, beat stress, sharpen your intellect and amplify your energy.

This is due to a protein called BDNF and special endorphins released in the brain. This muscles up to your "mighty mitochondria" powerhouses.

Energy is about grounding oneself, fueling up, movement and detoxification.
