Qcd exam syllabus

Hi everyone i just cleared my Upda exam now i want to write Qcd exam (mechanical). I don't know what's the syllabus can anybody help me regarding the syllabus and procedure to clear the exam. I mean what should i really study and i know i have to read Nfpa but which nfpa exactly. Can any body refer the sites or the group like WhatsApp or telegram something like that, from which i could get help in exams?
