Looking for Industrial Type Kitchen

We are looking to rent an available industrial sized kitchen close to the centre of Doha for a period of 2 years with an option on a third year. This kitchen should have a minimum size of 250sqm, be serviced with a loading bay and could be electric or gas or a combination of both. The kitchen would need to have a number of different fridges for different food types, a freezer, bakery area and a dry storage area.

We would require availability within the next 2 months and the kitchen should meet all the Fire Safety and Health requirements under current Qatari Law.
