Anyone know about the ARGON GLOBAL COMPANY AT QATAR , I want to know, those who have worked in this Company or those who have knowledge about the working environment and culture of this company @ 2020
How would you describe working environment in the company?
Do they promote and compensate people based on performance or based on tenure?
How is the management attitude towards their employees?
For you hate is good , only for you , for us the humans even little hate is bad .......

You have the odd habit of using only the first initials of a poster's name. Such as Victor becomes "Vic"; Johanna becomes "Joh", Mohammed becomes "Moh"; Jesus becomes "Jes".
As per YOUR rules "goodlittleboy" should be "GOOD".
But to use the word "good" on me needs courage on your part. I don't mind at all because I am GOOD!

Several years' back, my company was located in the same building as that of Argon Global. What I noticed was that it was a company infested with Keralites. I used to to see many of their staff from Kerala at the Cafe during the lunch hours. I guess the situation remains unchanged.
So, if you are from Kerala (or from Chennai), you will have a smooth sailing even if you don't know your job. Alternatively, the Kerala group will make life hell for you.
