Noc requirement still exists in qatar....
Qatar rules are really disgusting. I worked in qatar for a MNC and i resigned in may 2019 due to company wind up. Thereafter i worked in UAE, as i always wanted to come back to Qatar, now i had got a better offer in Qatar. I resigned my job in UAE, and now i am in India. My company applied for my business visit visa and unfortunately it got rejected, and captain has asked for NOC from my previous sponcer. How is this possible...since this khafala system has been abolished...how can the captain still ask for NOC for visit visa?
My previous company is no more in Qatar, they gad cancelled my visa...but now qatari sponcer company is denying to grant NOC. I am totally stuck since one month......as i lost my UAE job also.
I heard that since captain has put remark on my passport no..even if i try some other co. In qatar same issue will come of NOC?

It is good in more ways than one , for the security of all of us .....
Suggest, you forget Qatar and try to return to the UAE or settle down with a job in India. It is just unfortunate for you to face this situation.
