single name in passport

dear sir,

i have only one name in my passport and want to apply for employment visa for qatar.i check with qatar portal website and they have written" passport with single name will not be accepted for qatar visa" 

but when i check with on pf my friend.he said that he also hes only single name in his passport and working in qatar. i want you to check that can i get the employment visa if i have only one name in my passport.mean my name is raheel.father name is Muhammad waheed in my passport.
