Qatar Airways shitty service
It appears Qatar Aiways service is going down day by day. I tried to change my seat using their online portal and got some wierd error about fixing phone number first. Problem is when you are selecting seat, it doesn't ask for any phone number. It asks for phone number when you log in using booking number and there when I entered phone (which is already entered for the past 6 years as I travel frequently) it didn't show me any error.
Anyway I opened a ticket on Oct 22 about this issue and got response on Oct 23 that their ecommerce department is looking into the issue. Now today is Nov 4 and there is no sign of fixing the issue.
Even their support system based on Zendesk is so shitty that when I first opened ticket, its status was "Closed". I had to reply to that ticket and then its status was changed to "Open"
What a joke their service has become.
