 IT MANAGER

Ü  A qualified IT professional with over 18 years’ experience in various IT Projects  as IT Manager / Network Administration, System Administration, Technical / Customer Support and Project Management with leading companies in DUBAI , SAUDI ARABIA , OMAN and INDIA.

Ü  Worked as Computer Support Associate / Senior Network Administrator with Cadd Emirates Computer Trading LLC, Dubai managing the smooth functioning of the systems and troubleshooting network and hardware problems.

Ü  A certified Microsoft Professional / System Engineer and Cisco Network Associate (Router Configuration) with strong skills in hardware and software installation, maintenance and customer / user training.

Ü  Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an effective leader with high levels of enthusiasm and motivation towards work and continuously seeks to upgrade skills and learn new technologies.

 

 Looking for a suitable position in the reputed organization where my extensive skills will be utilized and developed and work towards achieving the organizational objectives. 

I have always had natural problem-solving skills and working in tech support is the perfect job for my skills. Helping clients solving technical issues will be my priority.

During my previous employment at HILTON GROUP as                   IT MANAGER, I specialized in helping  resolve various technical issues across all departments helping in smooth working of the IT DEPARTMENT.
