Troubleshooting desktop related issues based on the user request.  Installing, configuring & Troubleshooting Windows OS, Windows 7, Windows 8.1 & Windows10  Installing and troubleshooting all related Application as per the user request.  Configuring and troubleshooting Outlook 2013, 2016  Configuring and troubleshooting Network Printers.  Managing IP telephones.  Configuring & Troubleshooting Cisco switch.

 

In Linux 

 

Managing Backup of Mail servers.  Cyberoam Management.  Installation & Configuration of RHEL & CentOS 7.  User Administrator ( Creating, Deleting, Editing Info of Users ).  Installing / Uninstalling Softwares Packages through RPM & YUM.  Creating Symlinks & Hardlinks.  Creating, Modifying , Deleting LVM Partition .  Managing permission of file and folder by Defining value as per user requirements.  Creating partition using Fdisk and persisting it in FSTAB.  Taking backup using TAR, Gzip, Bzip2, zip, rsync, scp and cp.  Configuring Network bonding and troubleshooting network issues.  FTP ( Anonymous Login ).  NFS Creating NFS for Network OS installation.  Basic Knowledge of NFS, DHCP, DNS, SAMBA, APACHE, TOMCAT, PHP,SCRIPTING & FTP.  Configuration server Cluster, Multipathing, Ldap & Open Filer.  Troubleshooting of Linux system in Hardware & OS level issues.
