1. Admin correspondence , documentation & HR management
2. Office/Property maintenance.
3. Admin Budget and controlling of the same.
4. Maintaining Departmental Manual .
5. Arrangements of scheduled meetings and recording of the same.
6. Maintenance staff travel arrangements across the network.
7. Mandatory/OEM training arrangement and record maintenance of the same.
8. Internal /external Audit Support.
9. Performing other duties as and when required by the department.
10. Stationary & Uniform management.
11. Staff welfare .
12. Petty Cash Management
Transferable QID , NOC & Qatar license available
Excellent computer knowledge
