Just bear it out and leave the whole matter to Allah. If you lose your job, the Filipinos will be just too happy as that will allow them to appoint another Filipino in your place. They work through a mafia system and you just cannot fight a mafia alone.

Yes, please let us have the name of the place where you work. By giving the name of the restaurant you will be helping the authorities. A single call from them to stop this nonsense will fix up everything. Possibly, someone from the Philippine embassy could them and advise them not to indulge in religious or racial discrimination in Qatar.
Yes sir your correct in my all are non muslims and Philippines I do not have any option? Pls suggest it's big help I am working as waiter in on of restaurants thanks sir
From your post, it appears you are working at a company that is managed by non-Muslims. And they have all ganged up to cause pain and sufferings to you in any way when and where they get an opportunity just because you are a Muslim. Its an open case of religious discrimination and that too taking place in a Muslim country, Qatar. As it is, I know of companies where Muslims do not get employed. There is a mafia working against Muslims in the Middle East and I saw several such companies during my stay in S Arabia.
In a case such as yours, I suggest you get together other Muslims in you company and make salah in congregation. If anyone from the non-Muslim group objects, you take a firm stand. I am sure these people will run away..
Also, state the name of the company where this is taking place to let people know. This will shame them. Give your boss' name and email address and you will see how many million emails he will receive including a real "juicy" one from me.

Working Hours/Weekends: The work week is a maximum of 48 hours per week with a maximum of eight hours per day excluding lunch break; during Ramadan this is reduced to 36 hours per week and six hours per day with one interval or more ranging from one to three hours for prayer, rest, and meals. Workers shall not work more than five consecutive hours. Friday is the weekly rest day for all laborers except shift workers; those required to work are entitled to a day off as compensated time and an additional 50 percent of the basic wage. During the especially hot summer days, the Labour Ministry may prohibit outside work altogether or require the adjustment of working hours into the night.
Delaying the prayer until after the time when it is due, with no valid excuse, is a major sin. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “So woe unto those performers of Salaah (prayers) (hypocrites),Those who delay their Salaah (prayer from their stated fixed times)”[Quran-al-Ma’oon 107:4-5]
Work is not a reason for not praying until the time for prayer is over.
You should either ask your boss to allow you enough time to pray on time, or you should leave this job which is keeping you from prayer.
Your boss has no right to force the employees to stay away from praying, because this is forcing you to abandon a religious duty.
We ask Allaah to guide the boss and manager, and to open their hearts to obeying the command of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), so that they may attain the goodness, blessing and provision that come from obeying him.
However, If the administration insists on its attitude, and your continuing to go to the mosque means that you will be fired, then it seems that those who need this work are excused for not praying in congregation in the mosque, but they should try to pray in congregation in the workplace. The fuqaha’ have stated that one of the excuses that make it permissible to miss praying in congregation is fear of losing livelihood that one needs, as is stated in Kashshaaf al-Qinaa’ (1/496).

Time taken for prayer is just 5 minutes to 15 minutes ...its nothing compared to the salary...
It is simply a foolish idea....asking them to deduct the salary for the time spent for prayers. Thats not gonna work...Be practical.
Tell them to deduct the salary for the time spent for prayers.
