Description
I am a "Graduate" along with four and half years of working experience in client relationship. Gather and document all incoming client requests and incident information in service tickets. Triage and prioritize existing service tickets to ensure timely response by engineers. Work with service team leads on assigned tasks. Provide the highest level of customer support with every client interaction. I was working as a "Customer Service coordinator" in Redington Qatar.
My primary responsibilities are call handling, document control, information flow management, relationship building, service renewals, requests processing, warrantee status verification, research and development, response line management, competitive activity reporting, conflict management, appointments scheduling and qualify focus.
