Good morning Guys,
I have a 2 months old baby borned in Qatar, I already got the birth certificate from Hamad, but the baby passport from my embassy is taking too much time to be issued because the registration Is delayed in my home country. Is there any way around this through MOI or something to do to get a temporary Visa? Also if anyone knows whats the time frame I have for the Visa to be issued from Qatar.

TIA

Hi,

Passport is must.

and since the baby is born here you will get a visa even if delayed.

Arrange all the papers and go to Gharaffa Passport office only to do the procedures.

Feel free to comment for any further clarifications.

Good Luck.

After completion of 3 months there is fine of QAR 10 per day...Make sure sponsor is mother written on it..This is very important..If a onarrival or visit visa is issued..then fine is QAR 200 per day....

So if it is not a visit visa..then you just need to pay 300 per month of delay (after 3 monthys)..but donot worry..even 12 month delay is ok
