ACCA Membership verification from Interior Ministry Qatar

Hello.

There's a new rule in Qatar which requires bonafide letter from University in MOI while attesting documents at final stage. As we know, a lot of us did ACCA's later parts on self studies basis while doing jobs. Did anyone solve this mystery how to get your ACCA membership attested by MOI Qatar?
