can i comback to qatar without noc after cancellation of visa

i have been working in a company for 1 yr. my contract is unlimited . now i got another job and visa . old compnay agreed to cancel my visa but not willing to give noc. can i comback to qatar without noc after cancelation of visa

If your existing visa is cancelled...you can comeback on new visa and join company...

Only problem is if for those people who went on vacation and didnot come back..
