Visa cancellation

Hello everyone ..please help me..I can't find my sponsor and their office... Qid will expire on 23 Feb 19; is it possible to cancell my visa or get NOC to transfer my visa..I wish to cancell my visa and come back with new visa, is it possible??what are the procedures?please help me
