Problem with off days
Hi All,
Where can i complain about my Off day? or some one please adivise me on the below problem.
I am working for a subcontractor of a governmet entity here. My working hours are 8 for a day and 6 days for a week and we are working on roster basis that means we have 3 shifts. When they give us off we do not get 24 hours, they give off sometimes 16 hours. for instance if I work on nightshift let's say today 7/12/2018 our shift starts at 22:00 and finishes at 6:00 am on 8/12/2018 so they give us off on 8/12/2018 and our next work would start on morning shift (6:00 to 14:00) on 9/12/2018 so between we get but technically my shift should start at 22:00 on 9/12/2018. We do not feel like we have an off. So please if there is anyone who knows about this whether it is fair and this is how it works when it comes to roster base system. Or if you know this is not fair advice me on this and how can solve this

Better explain / explain to that person who assign the roster.
If you complain elsewhere, you are likely to lose the job. It is very difficult to get job, as of now due to much competition, on arrival visas etc.
