I worked at Ministry of Justice in Jordan, I held a Technical support position at some courthouses, and recently at the Judicial institute of Jordan.

My job was to monitor and maintain the computer systems and network, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.

 

I was also responsible for walk the employees through the steps of the systems and applications that they need for there jobs.

I might sometimes replace parts of the computers, troubleshooting systems and network problems, and solving software and hardware problems, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues and provide documentation for the work.

Working at the JIJ (wich is an educational institution for the future judges) gave me more responsibilities, I was JIJ website’s admin, and I was responsible for giving the students users and passwords, upload the materials and the marks, and provide anything they needed.

 

I worked on an E-learning system project while I was working at Judicial Institute of Jordan, collecting and analyzing and entering data, testing and troubleshooting the system, and providing a user manual for it.
