SEEKING ADVISE - FAMILY VISIT VISA APPLICATION THROUGH METRASH2

Dear All,
I had applied for family visit visa (Indian ) for my father & mother through Metrash 2 before three days. I was uploaded NOC in the birth certificate field and Passport of Father & Mother in the Passport field. Before it was shown as the applications are under process, thereafter the status changed as for my mother the document missing. And now couldn't find any application in my metrash. Kindly advise anyone what i can do further? Thanks in advance.
means the application cancelled. you have to apply again step by step. your application cancelled may be because of insufficient document.

you need to upload again all document as this visa application may be cancelled(check visa inquiry page with MT no received on your phone).i applied for my mother in law and then it was saying Doc mission, on which i attached the required docs. since then the visa application is under progress.
