· A competent professional with 10 years of experience in System Administration and Operation Support
· Rich experience in running successful data operations, entailing the implementation of cost cutting strategies / initiatives for business excellence through process improvement
· Skilled in provisioning new servers and leading new deployments as per back-ups & restoration procedures
· Proven skills in end-to-end development of IT Projects involving requirement analysis, scheduling, tracking, system study, designing,security, documentation and troubleshooting
· Comprehensive understanding & proficiency in LAN/WAN Administration, server configuration, desktop support, technical procedure documentation and maintain client relations
