Qatar slams unnecessary Israeli aggression against protestors at the Gaza border
Over the years, Qatar has always stood with oppressed Palestinians and spoken out against Israeli aggressors and their aggressive action.
The country was once again at the forefront to criticise and strongly condemn Israel for their brutal repression and use of live bullets during the Great March of Return protests on the eastern border of the Gaza Strip, reported Gulf Times.

The live ammunition, used by the Israeli occupying forces against protestors, led to the death of six Palestinians and injuries at least 250 more.
Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the Israeli escalation was a violation of international laws and conventions.
It called on the international community and the UN Security Council to exercise their authority in containing the Israeli war machine and its collective punishment policy directed against the Palestinian people, according to The Peninsula.
Israel said its troops shot and killed a group who broke through the fence with a bomb and attacked an army post, according to Qatar Tribune.
The recent deaths bring the total number of Gazans killed since the border protests began on March 30 to around 200.
The Israeli military said the demonstrators, numbering around 14,000, had been ‘hurling rocks, explosive devices, firebombs and grenades’ at Israeli troops and at the fence.
