Moving a car from Dubai to Qatar

Does anyone know if you can transport a car from Dubai to Qatar or if any Companies can help with this?

Due to the blockade, I know you can't go direct so I think you have to drive / send the car to Oman, then I think you have to register it as an Omani car. Then I think you have to send it sea freight from Oman to Qatar as a Omani registered vehicle (ie not a Dubai registered car).

Has anyone done this and is it possible? Do any Companies help with this?
