Description
I worked as a Billing Supervisor/Sales Coordinator cum Key Account executive by top-Notch supervision,
management and coordination with around more than six years’ experience in one of reputed F&B
Company in Qatar. Also I served as primary point of contact for and liaison between management,
personnel and clients and customers. Even assisted finance department with preparing statements/
sales reports.
I have the experience and training to supervise daily operations to ensure running smoothly and
according to company policy and procedures. I also train and educate the subordinates and ability to do
performance evaluations. I have excellent communication skills and I can use a variety of computer programs proficiently.
I have active listening skills and deal with customer complaints in a fast and professional manner and
problem resolution abilities. I also have the interpersonal skills to show customers they are important and that we sincerely care about them and want to solve all issues in a way that is satisfactory to them.
